Sleep Shepherd

The Sleep Shepherd was introduced to the world in January of 2015 through a successful Kickstarter campaign. The Sleep Shepherd uses an integrated EEG sensor to actively monitor the user’s brainwaves. When the user is awake, the Sleep Shepherd administers custom engineered binaural beats to help the user fall back asleep. In March of 2016, Sleep Shepherd released the Sleep Shepherd Blue (above) complete with companion app. This product combined the binaural beats of the original Sleep Shepherd with an advanced sleep tracking system, making the Sleep Shepherd Blue the first sleep tracker to actively help the user sleep.  The Sleep Shepherd Blue raised nearly $1 million through crowdfunding in its first month and launched commercially that same year.
